About Us

Mr. Sundara Vadivel is the Founder and Managing Director of BlueBay Façade Pvt. Ltd. With over 28 years of experience in the facade industry, he has successfully delivered numerous prestigious projects in both India and overseas.

A certified Engineer and Façade Designer with an NTC-2 certification from Singapore, he is highly respected by clients and industry colleagues for his technical expertise and exceptional problem-solving skills. He is also passionate about developing talent for the industry, serving as a member of the Glass Academy and a part-time lecturer for the Diploma in Building Façade Technology at a polytechnic institute in Tamil Nadu.

Before founding BlueBay, he held various key positions at BHEL Trichy, Seiko Architectural Singapore, Liang Huat Aluminum Singapore, Permasteelisa Group, and Geotrix, where he served as Project Director. Throughout his career, he has designed and executed major projects in the commercial and residential sectors, including work on major airports like the Delhi International Airport Interior, Mumbai International Airport Terminal 2, and Bangalore International Airport Terminal 2.
