Director
Mr. Ilayaraja, the Co-Founder and Director of BlueBay Façade Pvt. Ltd., is an accomplished leader with over 19 years of experience in the facade industry. His core strength lies in factory operations, and he previously owned a professional facade installation company that has since merged with BlueBay.
Prior to this, he held various positions with Permasteelisa Group and Geotrix, where he served as Factory Head of Operations. Throughout his career, he has worked on major projects in both India and Sri Lanka. He is also known for his ability to motivate his team and encourage new, innovative ideas in both facade and steel fabrication.
