Mr. Venkatesan, a Director at BlueBay Façade Pvt. Ltd., is a leader with over 20 years of experience in the infrastructure industry. His core belief in innovation and continuous improvement has resulted in a stellar track record of completing multi-million-dollar real estate projects across Asia, covering more than 25 million square feet.

His previous executive positions include Director of Operations at Collaborative Workspace Consultants, and roles at Cognizant and JLL India, where he served as AD of Real Estate and Infrastructure and Project Manager, respectively. An industry veteran, Mr. Venkatesan is known as an inspiring and motivational leader with exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong passion for developing the organization’s vision. He is focused on driving performance improvement and growth by coordinating with various trades, developing strong partnerships, and building a positive rapport with architects, engineers, and turn-key vendors while effectively managing costs.

He holds an M.E. in Construction Engineering Management and a B.E. in Civil Engineering. He is also a specialist in construction project management, team building, and a motivational speaker.
